Do you offer refunds or returns?

We accept size exchanges PROVIDED:

Item is in unused condition.
We must be informed within 24 hours of item receipt.
Customer pays for shipping BOTH WAYS.
Customer pays for extra production costs.

Customer is responsible for paying the EXACT amount as shown in the total.
For security purposes, we do not give change for excess payments.
You will be given store credit instead, same as returns.
